Easter Holidays

Apr 20, 04:51 PM

Well, what a holiday I had!

Me and my family travelled to Cyprus for the second week of the easter holidays determined to see the island, and that we did. We ventured onto the Troodos mountains where it was just 5 degrees and raining, hiked around caves, saw the Tombs of the Kings and the famous Mosaics, travelled up tracks that although were marked “good for all cars”, was a challenge for our hired 4 by 4! The weather was not great, but that didn’t spoil our fun, and yes, me and Kev even managed to go running twice! And our little boy had his first holiday romance, which lasted all of a matter of hours, but he was love struck! The downside unfortunately was our horrendous journey back, which I will explain when i see you all!!

Anyway, Zaphira and Il Nana had some lovely feedback from the Lewes arts and awareness festival, thanks to you all for your hard work on the day. Stefan the organiser emailed and wrote; “You & your group are not just talented but very creative, colourful & bursting with vitality & joy. It was terrific seeing you and your troupe (and students) perform and gave the festival an amazing kick off. I’m full of admiration.”
Also, a local photographer has taken some photos for us, these can be viewed on http://bjorntoday.com/photos/index.html.
A small selection will be added to the photo gallery for all to see!

Classes will be starting back this week, including Lewes. And also, our family are gaining a new addition….a black lab puppy, next blog I will include a picture, any training tips will be gratefully appreciated, but if our 2 year old rescue Lexi is anything of a role model…the puppy doesn’t stand a chance!!!
